BIM-EDFMan addresses two limitations of the CICS Execution Diagnostic Facility, or CEDF. Addressing these limitations increases CEDF’s usefulness and efficiency in debugging application programs.

BIM-EDFMan provides a means for invoking CEDF at any pseudo-conversational, transaction-screen input point by simply pressing a PA or PF key designated for that purpose.

Also, BIM-EDFMan provides a way to attach a transaction to a terminal so you can use CEDF to analyze the transaction.
