It's Been a Year Since CSI Launched z/Talent Academy

It's been more than a year since CSI launched its apprenticeship program and things are looking good. This structured training program for mainframe technologists, seeks creative ways to maintain a rich and diverse workforce equipped to propel our industry forward for many years to come.

The program now known as the z/Talent™ Academy consists both of classroom and practical training designed to provide successful candidates the tools and skills to work as entry-level developers. John Rankin—the founder of CSI International—utilized his decades of experience and education to impart mainframe knowledge like none other.

We are happy to celebrate z/Talent™ Academy's first cohort graduation in January!

We are very excited to add the new z/Talent™ graduates to our team. While this first group works to put their newly gained skills to work, another cohort enters the program.
