Kathy has an extensive range of mainframe skills. For the past three years, she has been employed in professional services as a Senior Technical Lead, overseeing multiple mainframe product migrations, including BMC, CA, and CSI products. With over 31 years of experience in system and software development, Kathy is well-versed in mainframe and distributed products such as CICS, abend analysis, debuggers, modern GUI development, and DevOps architecture. 

Kathy, an outstanding Mainframe Consultant, has consistently met deadlines, even when working on projects that were behind schedule. This reflects her resilience and problem-solving abilities, which have earned her recognition for project success.

Kathy has ample experience as a Lead Software Engineer. She has developed a source-controlled management system, mainframe application failure-resolution solutions, and products for automatically detecting, analyzing, and diagnosing problems in z/OS and CICS. Kathy also has experience with Compuware z/OS Eclipse-based software development IDE, the Compuware Shared Services utilities for producing source listing support for COBOL, PL/I, and C compilers, and building CI/CD Pipelines with Jenkins. Her work spans all phases of an application lifecycle, from architecture and requirements to design, development, deployment, and support, with a focus on problem solving and new development.
